„Zaposlena“ – magazine for successful women, has nominated Ivona Juka for the „Woman of the Year“ award along with four other nominees! The magazine has nominated women who, over the past year, through their work, contributed to greather visibility of women in Croatian society.
The „Woman of the Year“ award has been awarded each year since 1995 by the magazine Zaposlena with the intention of promoting women who have marked the past year through their work. „We strive to promote the visibility of women in our society“, said Ana Gruden, the editor. Using a quote of a successful female global director, she pointed out that gender equality will be achieved when 50 percent of companies are led by women and, 50 percent of households by men.
