As there are no other educational facilities besides national Academies of art in Croatia, Serbia, Slovenia and Bosnia and Herzegovina, 4 film production has decided to draw up and publish a special brochure and workshop plan for television production in the region. Workshops are free and open to everybody who are interested in television and film eduaction, with special emphasize on sound design and photography.
